Getting issues in combining two codes with many multiple actions

Hi
I am trying to combine two codes and I just cant do it.
Please help.
First code is in Red and works fine.
Second code is in blue and works fine.
Green text where I want to insert the second code.
Basically first one is for email etc and second for data transfer etc.

put the blue code in the same module as the red code changing the first line

Hi Patel45,
Surprisingly, I too thought of it and tried and it worked well.
We thought on the same lines.
For the first time I got a success in doing things entirely on my own.
Kind of a self solution.
Thanks to personalities like you 'Excel Help' who motivate me and I learn a great deal from all of you
