Matching data from two tabs

I have a list of part numbers the company said they sent. Then I have a list of part numbers we received. They're in two separate workbooks (obviously I can copy and past to make them in one workbook in separate tabs if I need to). What I want to do is find out which ones match and which ones don't match. For example, if 100 part numbers from the company's list match the list we have, great, but then there may be one they said they sent we did not receive. I'm probably not going a great job of explaining. Is it possible to have this completed using a command button/macro?

The only problem is that the numbers won't be aligned (meaning you can't match A2 and B2 for instance, because the match for B2 may be in cell A300). But I'm thinking a macro could look for the matches and maybe highlight the ones that don't have a match?

Any help would be appreciated!
