Very confusing thread!
2002700 is in column C and Row 183. Column E of the same row says Thank you----
There is not a value with 2004001 in column A. This is found in column C, rows 212-213.
Need better explanation, or better attach a desired output.
But it doesn't. The first instance of 2002700 is in cell C182. The same row on E column (E182) says "Current Level Id is : 2002700".
Another problem, The column A value (svru6125520131014141641) has multiple entries with 2004001. Of those multiple entries, there are multiple "Press 1 for yes or 2 for no".Go down on cloumn C, under the same file numbers on Column A, find 2004001, if it says Press 1 for yes or 2 for no. copy the file number to the sheet that is says transfer, and if doesn't say that copy the file and paste to hang up sheet.
Too many inconsistencies for me. Best of luck.
My files are huge, But I make it better.
I usually go to C column find the “1008” then I look at the E column in the same row and if it says, “Thank you”. I copy the file number on the same row on column A.
I go further down under the same file number (almost last couple row for that file number) if it says “hang up” on column E, I paste that file number to Hang up sheet or if it says “Transfer”, I will past it to the sheet name Transfer.
But the key is we have to look at the files that have code 1008 in their column C. I have to find that first and then go about rest of it.
My file is huge and it is everyday thing to do, so I should say I am going blind. I need help.

I copy the file number on the same row on column A.?
Once 1008 is found and column E is Thank you which row or column do you copy in to sheet transfer? What is the relevance of column A?
The row that says transfer on transfer sheet and the row that is saying hang up to hang up
