Linear Regression Analysis

I am very new to writing Macros in excel. Can anyone assist me with writing a Linear Regression Analysis using 6 x and y coordinates. Kinda need it today

Does it have to be a macro? I find that most linear regressions are most easily accomplished using the LINEST() function http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ex...005209155.aspx
