Fill cells in one column based on specific words or letter from another column

Hi,I'm new here and if I make some mistake please forgive me in advance. All I need is a VBA/ macro that helps me with my little problem. All I need is when in column B some letter or words are found ,fill in next column (same row) a specific word. Ex. (I have in column B cells filled with:B, BV,CL,CT,IL...etc. Every time B or BV is found in this column fill in next column (same row) word Bucharest.The same,every time CL,CT,IL is found fill next column(same row) word East.See attachment. Thank you
