Require VBA codes to prepare the summary report from detail data sheet

I have a file with 2 sheets.One is summary and other is Imports purchase.

Now,I want to VBA codes who prepare my summary sheet when I run the macro .
Basically,my summary sheet is comprise from the unique result of sheet-Imports purchase'.

I want the VBA codes working for complete the following two conditions:-

1-Pick up the unique Plnt ( column-E ) and Sloc( Column-F ) from Import Purchase sheet as shown in the summary sheet e.g.refer cell B6 and C6.
2-Automatic sum the grand total of that unique 'Plnt and Sloc',e.g.refer,cell no.D6.
3-Difference should be zero as shown in cell D1 of the summary sheet.

Is it possible through VBA Codes working?
