Only count highlighted column values

Need a macro that will ONLY count the X's in a row that are highlighted. This has got to be easy and I'm just being way to groggy this morning.

I'm no pro at macros by any stretch so I don't know if that code will work or not. kind of need my hand held.

I've attached the file. I need to count the number of winning teams (highlighted rows) each person picked correctly (x in the highlighted column).

the number of columns will change every week. Do I need a formula and not a macro? If so I'm in the wrong forum!
