Copy Files to Folders Based on Specified File Names and Directories.

I have large number "wav" files I need copied from a source directory to multiple new directories for categorizing. In my list I have all the file names in one column, the source directory for each file in another column, and the intended destination directory for each file in a third column. Could someone kindly help with the code that will look at each wav file name (let’s say starting in column A1), located in the corresponding source directory (column B1), and copy it to the corresponding destination directory (column C1). It needs to do this for every file name in column A until it reaches the end. Ideally if it could prompt the user to input the column for the file, source, and destination, that would be great. In the working version the columns may vary and will need to be specified by the user. Thank you.
