Choose Specific Cells Instead of Row

Hello Everyone,

Could someone please help me with a minor issue - Here is my code:

I'm trying to make it so that instead of highlighting the entire row, it only highlights the cells from A to N. For example, If O36 contains "X", then A36:N36 is hightlighted.
