How to insert a row using a macro, that follows the auto fill rule

I have a running table, that needs updating monthly but has totals underneath with formulas I've made it so the formulas automatically shift with the insertion of the Macro however when it inserts it automatically puts November, but then if I insert another row using the Macro rather than inserting December it will just insert Nov again, how to I correct this?
    Regards
    Rhys
