Populate a 'Tree diagram' with x variables quickly.

    All,

    Thanks for having me!

I'm trying to build up a tree structure in Excel. In my mind, it looks something like the following:

    \1

    Excel Tree.png

Is this something that is possible to automate? i.e. here are my variables, here are my ranges, roll them out, boomtime.

We're thinking of doing this for n variables, perhaps around thirty or forty. Rice on a chessboard tells me this is going to be a lot of work, and seems like something that can surely be automated.

    Many thanks!

You might be able to use a pivot table but that depends on the raw data and it's layout.
