Finding where a given value appears on a row of dynamic data and entering data below it

Hi

I have a worksheet that has times on row one that change on a daily basis eg A1 would have 6:00 AM , B1 would be 7:00 AM and so on up to 12:00AM.
Tomorrow, A1 could be 10:00 AM, B1 would be 11:00 am and so on. The time period in all cases is a total of 18 hours.

I have data that needs to be entered at 7 am, 10am, 1pm and 4pm each day. As stated above, the location of the cells with these times moves every day,
so im looking for help with code that will:

1. Find out where eg 7am is located on row 1
2. In row 2, enter the corresponding data for that time. This is entered manually on another sheet.
