VBA codes to insert the rows and copy the first entire row text and insert sheet

I have a file around 800000 rows.

I want to insert the only one rows when a code series end and copy the first row text in all the rows before starting the code series.

Please refer the attach file for more clarifications.

For an example,In this file,
1-Insert the one rows after cell no.I741 and copy the rows no.C5 in all the rows start before code series.
2-when double click on any unique code then insert the worksheet with code name and copy entire code datas.e.g.refer the sheet 'Display result' and double click on cell no.I744 .Now,the sheet name should appear as 'FNSBDRKSC' and copy entire rows and column having the code 'FNSBDRKSC' on that sheet.It should start from cell no.B5.

Is it possible thru VBA codes working?
