Msg box save as with possibility to put a number in msg box itself

Hello,

I would like to know if the following is possible and how:

So far I have a standard msg box that pops up under a button that saves the file using a macro. What I want is a msg box that has the possibility to put in the month number (example: for march: 3) in the msg box itself. After that I want it to save the file with that month number as a last character of the (new) file name.

Would be great if someone can help me out
