Create excel worksheet with filtered value

Sir,

i attached a sheet in which i have subdiv_name column. i have to create for every subdiv_name presently i doing like that apply filter and copy one subdiv_name data and paste to new worksheet and another one is there any macro or code to generate sheet with filtered value of subdiv_name. In attached i copy H11 subdiv_name data to a new sheet please provide me a macro or code for generate sheet automatciallay.
