I have an spreadsheet which is an export of unresolved helpdesk tickets. There is a "brief description" column that describes the problem. The field is dynamic and can contain anything the helpdesk tech writes. I have about 500 to 1000 open tickets that I want to search this description field for key patterns/words or pattern of words.
For example.
One record may say "Login Issue", next record Error 5002, Next "cannot perform e-signature" etc..
Goal is to have a roll-up report of the most common issues and break them into categories.
