Update Values problem and a Value Selection Problem----Please Help.

Hello all,

I am 2 steps away from finishing this macro that I wrote. The macro works the way it is supposed to but there are 2 small issues that I need to figure out before I can release it to other fellow users.

Issue #1:
I have done a lot of research on the "Update Values" prompt that people seem to get. I TOO get this prompt as well for every cell. Sometimes the prompt will appear an upwards of 50+ times. Not going to fly. I have changed the trust setting in excel '07 and have used some language that I found from other posts. None of that worked. I think I need a pro set of eyes on my vba.

Issue #2:
At the end of running my macro, it is to take the range of cells that were identified in the macro and change the vlookup formula to the actual value that was returned in the cell. The ISSUE here is that it only works if I highlight the range of cells before running the macro.


If I could get someone to take a look at my code and see where I went wrong and what I can do better, I would be most appreciative. Thanks!
