VBA code to search for cell within a spreadsheet

Hi

First time poster, so please be gentle with me.

I come from a large family. There are about 100 of us. I want to prepare a full sheet along the lines of the attached. I would like to create a search engine behind a form which has three boxes, whereby the user puts their name in one box from column A, and then puts their relative's name from Row 2 in a second box. They then click on a button and their relationship crops up in a third box.

I know that I have to name the range in Row 2, and also the range in column A, but that's where my knowledge ends. I know that there is some VBA code which will search for the relative cell when an entry from each range is entered in the respective box, but that is as much as I know. Can anyone help?

Hi, take a look at the attached. Click on the button to open up the form, choose 2 names and their relationship will be displayed.
