    how to change sql connection string

    Hi all,

    I' retrieving my data from database via sql connection string.
    i have an existing connection i don't need to create one. what i need to do is to change the sql string to something new with VBA.

    I tried to record a macro but i don't see that it's catching the new string

    please help, thanks!

    The problem is that it's for my work and the connection will not work in external place.
    there is not really much to show, just a file with a connection to database.
    what i need is to change this sql connection with VBA.
