    Locking cells except through Export through Userform

    Hi Experts,

    I have attached my Userform excel file. Had a question.
    I do not want any users to be able to edit the Commentary and Analysis worksheet tab. They should be able to edit it only by the Userform when they hit 'Export to Excel' button.

    Is it possible to lock the file in such a way?

    Hi John,

    Thanks, That worked like a charm. But i have a small problem. This file is going to be used as a Shared File. And i did a test run with some users and it is creating a problem of overwriting data by users. Can i overcome this problem by a code or something.

    Thanks for your help. I'm very new to macros and codes still.
