finally : could you please show me how I can have the validation data with sorting (a-z) ?

Column S is obtained from data in Column A. Formula in S column removes the Duplicates. Column T consolidates the list in S column. Consolidated list is named as "ValidationList".
To enter ARRAY formula
Paste the formula
Press F2
Press Shift+Ctrl+Enter keys.
You will see flower bracket around the formula.

The error is related to the limitation of the length of the list of validation.
I inserted in a combobox (in Q4) that is filled with activated sheet "فروش آبان"

could you plz one time do by your self and if not any problem then show me how I can do it

Pejvak, macro triggered by the activation of the sheet "فروش آبان". Try to go to the sheet "Data" and then come back to the sheet "فروش آبان" and check the combobox in Q4.
Also you can use the procedure "ertert" in Module1 (just uncomment this procedure and press F5)
