Disable Validation Drop Menu?

Hello Everyone,
I have a validation drop menu that I want to disable when one date is greater than another date. So for example today is 7th November but I want the drop menu to disable on 8th November. There is some lines of code in the sheet as follows:

This code just calls macros that are run whenever a day is selected, so if 5 is selected from the drop menu then case 5 is called an a macro run named DayFive.
The drop menu is in cell C6 (FYI!). The source within the Data Validation settings is 1,2,3,4,5, So the drop menu just drops down a list of 5 numbers.

I hope that this is the necessary amount of information needed for a solution? I have tried using if statements but am not very good at Excel (at all!).

I'm sorry, maybe I'm not fully understanding your first statement. Disable when what two dates are the same? Disable on Dec 8th why? What other dates will disable?

Can you attach your workbook? It may put things in context.
