Showing the last entered text in a cell

I have a worksheet which I am using a cell to enter notes about how particular projects are progressing. I have a problem when I want to retain the fixed row heights but I want to display the latest comments first in the cell where the notes are contained. I am not sure if this possible either through VBA or cell formatting.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

A formula can be used to display the last used cell from another column. For instance:
    =INDEX(K:K, MATCH("zzz*",K:K, 1))

A formula can't be used to change row height.
