Changing time zone value in column

I have reports that are compiled daily which I create reports, however my system is hosted in Ca, PST, and I'm in the Midwest, CST. Cell value is custom formatted to m/d/yyyy h:mm, i.e 10/10/2013 8:10, but I need to change all times in that column forward 2 hours. There are several hundred rows so doing it manually would be terrible... Any suggestions on a macro or time format that may be able to make the changes?

if your cells are formatted as dates then one hour in "datevalue" is 1/24. Therefore if you want to add 2 hours to A1:
    =A1+1/12
