Dependent Combobox code generating error

Hi! I have an issue with a ActiveX Combo box that is dependent on the value of another ActiveX Combo box. I do not have much experience with combo boxes, so any suggestions would be helpful. I need to be able to populate the combo box in this manner due the data being dynamic, and this entire spreadsheet will be a template for a dashboard.

Basically, I am wanting to have the VBA compare the value of the first combo box (cmbFuncKey) to a Range of cells in another sheet. If the value of the combo matches c.value the add the cell to right to the second combo box (cmbFuncName). Problem is, I am getting a Run time 70 "Permission denied" error.



Is this a reference issue? Am I supposed to set a reference for this type of code?
