Aligning rows

Hi,
I'm trying to get the cells in columns B,C,D &E to align
with the cell data in column A. Essentially move the data in columns B,C,D&E up to the row in column A.
The attached WB has two sheets. Sheet 1(Data) in the data dump I receive and Sheet 2 (Output) is what the end product would look like. Is there a Macro or function that can accomplish this?.

Any help will be much appreciated.
