Autofill error

A macro I'm writing uses the identical autofill verbiage as another that runs successfully for me, but every time I try to run this one I get runtime error 1004: "Autofill Method of of range class failed". The code follows:

I added the MsgBox just to make confirm the value in the RowNum variable is correct. I've tried it as shown, with the range already selected, and without--both give the same error message.

Can anyone tell me what's wrong?
