User form to add data in next row in column range

I need help to figure out how to get my user form to put in the data inserted under the next empty row in specified columns. I have data in column A and B (for other formulas and lookups) but need data to be updated in column C, D, F, G, I, J, L, M .. the other columns have data in them and are not in need for update. I can't for the life of me find the right code to get the next empty row with data when user form is used. Appreciate help and suggestions on how to solve this. Thanks!

Perhaps if you attached a workbook with a before an after example it may make what you would like a little more clear.

To attach a workbook click the 'Go Advanced' button below, then the paperclip in the toolbar. This will bring up a browser to navigate to your sample file.
    Thanks,
    Solus

Here is an example of the document.

The white columns is where the data need to be put into with help of a userform instead of having them mess with the actual columns and documents. It would be awesome if you could help me with this.

To clarify, I don't need help building the form that is already done. I just need help to figure out how it can find the empty rows in the columns that I want the data put into. I just don't want you all to think you have to "build the form for me", just some guidance with the macro and VBA.
