You want to put all items selected into the same cell?
Be very detailed about what you're trying to do, not what you think the solution is. You would like to put all selected items in a multi-select list box where?

Sorry If im not detailed,
All what I want to do, is multi select items in a list box ( I can do it by changing the property of the list box)
and the take an action based on what is selected
so I'm trying to change a specific range in worksheet based on this multi selection
What is the specific range? Do you want each selected value in the listbox to be in a different cell?
