select copy with criteria

Hello,

I have 5 columns of data.

I would wish to copy the entire row to a new sheet if column A (Type) has a 2H or 4H in front of it. However i would only like to copy the row if the corresponding Column E(number) is equal to or greater than 50.

I wish to do this in VBA. This would be repeated for each row.I would then end up with the contents as on sheet 2.

Please could i have some help?
