Mapping records from one worksheet in to another

Hi Excel gurus,

In a Sheet 1, have data like below :
EMID
FFID1
FFID2
FFID3


Sheet2
FFUSR
FFUSR1
FFUSR2
FFUSR3

Need result like below :

FFUSR EMID
FFUSR1 FFID1
FFUSR1 FFID2
FFUSR1 FFID3
FFUSR2 FFID1
FFUSR2 FFID2
FFUSR2 FFID3
FFID3 FFID1
FFID3 FFID2
FFID3 FFID3


as there is no way with vlookup, looking for some here to make it automated. i have 1000 users to map with 50 IDs, resulting thousands row. doings this manually is impossible.
looking for some here.
