    Lightbulb Vlookup with Multiple returns

    Hi

    I have two sheets. Sheet 1 & 2.

In Sheet 1 i have two columns A & B where A has Skill Sets of Employee & B has the name of the Employee.

In sheet 2 through Data Validation list view i select the Skill set. If a skill set is selected then i want the name of all employee's pertaining to the skill set to be displayed in column B of the sheet 2.

Can any one help me please...

    regards
