Dateadd issue when adding weeks to a date

Hi. I have attached a basic worksheet with a userform on it.

In the first textbox I enter a date and it is formatted as dd/mm/yyyy

THe next text box has number of weeks entered in it.

THe final textbox populates the date that is X weeks later then the first text box.

My problem is the last textbox formatting is going crazy. sometimes the date is correct but if I add a week number that takes the date into the following month the formatting changes to MM/DD/YYYY.

Alternatively the third textbox is always in MM/DD/YYYY or jumps between the two. Driving me mad. I have checked my comp has the correct date format for UK.

Any help would be massively appreciated. COde below for your easy review
