There are only 2 userforms in the workbook.
If posting code please use code tags, see here.

    hi norie
I have used multiple forms on the original about 20 of them,it seemed to work fine but started crashing, locking up and ctl alt del would only free it up,but this happened only once or twice a week sometimes never, was advised that multipage could work better

Do you know why things locked up when you used multiple forms?

    hi norie
no not really it was usually on the main userform screen and if you clicked the mouse the computer just made a ding noise, its on a stand alone computer but has a password on startup,i thought it might have something to do with this but have tested it for hours ,have uploaded program for you to look at if you get time its userform1 that it stops on,but not sure if that is the problem, apart from that it works really well, has done it from the off so not because too much data
