Select desired active cell after running the Macro

Hello,

When I run the below macro, I have the ranges seleted after the row insertion.

-> I would like to have active cell selected where I have inserted the row. Can you please help me?

-> Also in my protection worsheet only allow the user to access to select unlocked cells, format cells. Would you know a way to protect the macro? I see that if I go to the Developer menu; Macros I can see and edit macros. Is there any way to disable that?
