Sending Automatic Email (CDO) with an Image

I am looking to send an automatic email using CDO, which includes a picture in the body of the email. I am however, having trouble selecting the image from Excel.

I have named the picture 'Picture 1'

But when I use the following code to select that picture it is not finding anything to select;
