Random dates, working days only

Hi

I'm trying to come up with a way of randomly assigning a date of the month to a list of approx 55 names.
The dates would need to correspond to a Monday-Friday and I need no more than 4 or 5 of the names having the same dates.
I need this to be in 2 parts, one for the first 2 weeks of the month and the second for the last 2 weeks.
Any ideas how I can do this? or is there something out there I can adapt?

I think it might be much easier to assign a name to a workday rather than vice versa
