Request password from a dropdown list selection

Hello,

I'm looking for a way that can create different passwords based on different selection of the dropdown list. For example,

If dropdown list contain 3 different people: Chad, Jenny, Lori, these people will have their own password set up for them.

The main point to do this complicated request is because I don't want other people be able to see other people's customers. So If I am Chad, I open a workbook and use dropdown list to choose my name then excel workbook will ask me to enter my password then I can work on the workbook when it only show my customer.

I'm open for other suggestion.
