Creating Hyperlink to new sheet

Hello,

Im new to excel macros and Ive currently hit a brick wall, I want to put together a workbook that allows me to input a new vehicle number on sheet one, ( this sheet I am calling Vehicles ) then popup with a prompt that allows me choose whether to create a new sheet to store relevant service info on that vehicle. This newly created sheet will be a replica of my template sheet.

However when It creates the new sheet I want it to take the text from the original cell, turn this into a hyperlink that links to the newly created sheet, I have been trying to work around this for a few hours now without luck, could anyone here kindly help me out?
