Copy information from other workbook to main workbook help 2007

Good day,
I have a request outside my knowledge and would need help. I have two workbook on my c:\

Lets call them Main and Newyork therefore : “c:\Main.xlsm” and “c:\Newyork.xlsm”

When I open my “Main” workbook I have 4 tabs. On open the workbook goes to my sheet“formulaire”

I have a combobox that with a list. One of name in the list is Newyork. If a user selects Newyork I have a command button just underneath if this is clicked I need to open my c:\Newyork.xlsm workbook, retrieve the data on sheet”Zonage” grab all the information on that sheet and paste this on my next available row, starting at row 4, in “c:\Main.xlsm” under the sheet”Zonage”.

I know I kind of did the reverse on another file but can seem to find it.

Please help
