AutoFilter to Show 4 Values

There is a column in my worksheet that has about 60 names, and I need my macro to filter it to show only 4 values. How do I do this without listing all 60 names and saying to not show 56 of them?


Here's what I have to show 2 values, but I'm not sure how to filter to more than 2 names:
