Excel Mail Merge, but without Word?

I'm not even sure how to search this, but our HR department has an Excel spreadsheet with a top section comparing last year's to this year's salary and benefits. The bottom section is two charts comparing those numbers. This spreadsheet pulls data from a "data" spreadsheet. Right now it's one row of data showing one page of data. I need to have say 100 rows of data and print a .pdf for each row of data.

I've done this before with Excel and Word in a Mail Merge, but I don't want to re-create the spreadsheet and charts in Word. I tried and they seem to be a mess with formatting, etc. If that's my only or far best option I'll do it, but wanted to check here for suggestions. I've always received great help here.

    Thanks,

    Mike

Suggest you post a sample worksheet. Please dummy up the confidential information. It only needs to be a couple of records so we can see what you are dealing with and offer up a viable solution.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'll get that posted shortly. HR actually has the data loading backwards as far as I'm concerned. I'll fix it all and put some data together. Thank you.

This might be tough. I usually generate Excel spreadsheets and then save them as 2003 XML sheets so I can work with the code in a readable format on my system. When I save these as XML I lose the charts. MailMerge doesn't seem to let me save or print these one at a time since I'm using the data as a directory.
