Select method of range class error

I've got this file that I am trying to compare data from a master to a workbook with multiple worksheets. I have had to do a workaround to get the worksheets contents to be able to read by copying the data and pasting to a cell in teh master workbook to run vlookups as I didn't know how to create it so that it would look at the next worksheet in the vlookup array. The issue I've got now is that when it runs the vlookups, it does what I want fine...BUT when I have the data filtered and I want to copy the data I need I get a 'select method of range class error'. Once I get this to work I think the entire thing works.
