Mail a different file(s) to each person in a range

I got the code from http://www.rondebruin.nl/win/s1/outlook/amail6.htm and make some changes. Here's my version of my code:

I would like to make the following changes and have no idea how to:
1. Instead of "In column C:Z : Filenames like this C:\Data\Book2.xls" I have save all file to the person in one folder. Instead of putting lots of file name, can I put the folder address instead?
2. I would like to cc the manager and etc, how can I put several email address in let's say Column D and it will be the CC for that particular email.

1. Email all files in a specified folder path indicated in Column D.
2. In Addition to Point 1, can I include the number of files being attached to the email in the email message?

Instead of changing this date every time in the coding itself, can I have it in a cell so it easier to manage?

I cannot solve the date and folder issue. Anyone can help please...
