Question help with Userform to populate spreadsheet

Let me begin by saying thank you for looking at my thread. Also I apoligize in advance for the lengthy post but hard to get help with any of this local to me.

I'm a soilder in the army and am trying to help my unit with a better production and maintance of our aircraft. The attached sheet is our Daily status we use for our prduction control meeting's. What i'm trying to accomplish is using a Userform to make it easier for soilders to enter the data with the less confusion of messing with the spredsheet itself. I have a combobox that i need to have a list of the tail#'s assigned to it so it drops down and a certian tail# can be selected. once the tail number is selected have the corrasponding textbox's go to that area on the spredsheet. Also i forgot to add the button on the spredsheet itslef to initlize the userform. I'm really brain burnt on trying to get this to work and have just had a hell of a time to get it working with the formulas and stuff for the graph and stuff. I am a very amature when it comes to any of this and i believe i might have bit off a project more then what my abilities allow me to do, thus why i'm on here asking for somone or a few people to donate alittle time to help. It sounds completly simple in my head and i've got into it and then had it not work so really serching out for a little help if anyone might have a little extra time on their hands. I've attached the spredsheet along with the userform enabled of anyone cares to play with it and try and help.. I can give out my email if anyone would like a more direct line to me then thru the fourm.
Again thank you. NEW STATUS SHEET.xlsm

Re: Need more help from experinced people.

We want to help, but first read the following and fix the thread title.

Your post does not comply with Rule 1 of our Forum RULES. Your post title should accurately and concisely describe your problem, not your anticipated solution.

Use terms appropriate to a Google search. Poor thread titles, like Please Help, Urgent, Need Help, Formula Problem, Code Problem, and Need Advice will be addressed according to the OP's experience in the forum: If you have less than 10 posts, expect (and respond to) a request to change your thread title. If you have 10 or more posts, expect your post to be locked, so you can start a new thread with an appropriate title.

To change a Title on your post, click EDIT then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.

(This thread should receive no further responses until this moderation request is fulfilled, as per Forum Rule 7)

Re: help with Userform to populate spreadsheet

sir you are a god send, and i thank you works like a charm.. I do have a second question how can i get a button on the spredsheet that will activate the userform?

I tried to add the button and for a few min had it where it had a compile error and now it keeps giving me a runtime problem and wont intialize at all.. not sure what i am doing wrong i deleted the button and tried to remake the button and write the macro to start the user form but with no luck..
