Getting two dates for generating report

Hi All,

I need to generate a report every month and need to run a macro.
This macro will take 2 dates(start date and end date) to generate a report.
Now the challenge for me is to get these dates.

1. Saturday and Sunday are non working day for us.
2. I will be asked to select a month for report generation
3. so the start date should be ONE day before last working day of previous month.[ Previous month is nothing but month previous to the one selected in point two]
4. End date should be TWO days before last working day of current month.

Please help me in getting this logic!
