moving data from one sheet to another

    Hi

My issue is that i need to take only certain lines from a sheet (sheet13) and move then to another

I have 28 Coloums and and the rows can go for a while some times

I need line which match 2 conditons and thats Colloum P = Financial Difficulties and Colloum AA = One of 3 (currently) diffrent names

    then i only need colloums

R A V W L Z AA AB In the new spreadsheet in that order with a count in Colloum A of the new sheet (sheet 14)
(Row A is taken by headers on new sheet)

Final Sheet looks like this crude diagram

    A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q
    1 R A V W F-K Blank L Z AA AB P - Q Blank

I dont need any of the other data

applogise if this is vauge however due to the data i am using i can not provide a detailed example

It is very difficult to follow your explanation. Since you have sensitive data, I suggest you create a dummy workbook with an example of what you have with a few records and also manually show us the desired outcome. Make up the data but be sure it is representative of the actual data.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

    maybe with a small correction:

It would be helpful to have an example workbook with dummy data to get it exactly right.
