Pivot Tables with unique nested fields

Hi all,

I have the following pivot table with 2 nested raw fields:

Departments (field 1) and Services (field 2)
Department 1 TOTAL 45
Service 1 5
Service 2 3
Service 3 9
Service 4 3
Service 5 25
Department 2 TOTAL 10
Service 6 8
Service 7 2
Department 3 TOTAL 5
Service 8 5


As resulted, I must to report:

Department 1 -> 4 Services
Department 2 -> 2 Services
Department 3 -> 1 Service

How can I count the items (each unique service) instead of the frequency of each service using VBA?
