Extract Email Info saved in hard drive folder

Hello to all. I hope you can help me. I need to be able to extract two pieces of info from replies to an email I sent (from "who replied", body of reply "what they replied"). I do not have permission to paste code in Outlook. Instead I have copied all the emails to a folder in my drive (not to an outlook folder "C:/EmailReplies"). I have a spreadsheet called GetTheReplies.xls where I want to copy the vba code to look into "EmailReplies" and populate the columns "From" and "Reply". Your help will be greatly appreciated!!
