Linking data from one sheet to the shapes on the other sheet

Hi,

I am pretty new to VBA I have been trying my best to write the code to complete this project but I haven't been so successful. I am attaching the spread sheet I am working on. If someone can help me i will really appreciate it.

There are 14 shapes on the "NOPpicture" tab and the data that should controls the color is present in the next tab "NOPData". I have named the shapes the same as the data in the cells.

what I want from code is that there 8 value present in each row and they should link to the corresponding shapewith the same name in the previous tab for each time step there are should only be these 8 shapes that should activate and should change color (reddish) to indicate these are on and the other ones should show blueish to indicate that they are off. The time that they are turned on and off can be determined using different hues of the same color to indicate how reddish or blueish the color is.

Currently what my code is doing is that it selects all the shapes and change their color to what the color of the the row is if you use the slider control on the "NOPpicture" tab. I have searched the web to get some idea on how to get it right but.....

I will appreaicate any help. Thanks in advance
